About the secret services. Yeh...
Funny fact here, if I would not have some story here they would fast remove me to the psychward, it's while I am talking they don't touch me, as it is hot, so I have to come up with something. Well...
I don't have a good evidence.
Director INS George Mihalko first lied in the state document that my testimony is inconsistent (link, document #4), and then public of IGF-2009 saw that it's consistent, so to put shit of Mihalko together, secret services needed to clean for him up.
My case is that I accuse Russian Federation in the medical fraud - for years they put together paperwork that I am the mentally sick schizophrenic, who does not understand where I am and what is around, but democracy, they started to issue foreign passports to the mentally sick people, so they could travel (Auth. - Unlike the US, in countries like Russia you need to have specific document to LEAVE the country, mental patients like me usually were simply not provided with this document, so they could not distribute the ridiculous arguments like mine to the other countries), and 10 years of conspiracy about my diagnosis has come to an end as I crossed the border of Russian Federation.
Now american secret services met the following challenge - to clean up for the INS director George Mihalko and his lie about my inconsistent testimony they needed to cause publically the mental break, the challenge is that they needed to do so to the absolutely mentally healthy person, to me, which is not easy thing to do.
In order to do so, people of Mihalko tortured me - see the complete description in the chapter: INS - torture guaranteed - I want to underline that I am not a medical doctor and may be wrong even with the definition of torture - read carefully yourself as I described what happened and a few days later I am going officially under the penalty of false statement deliver all that to the FBI because I believe that somewhere in the government they may have the video record of torture.
I had the difficulties in communications with attorney who wanted to turn away from my case just like Susan Han did and he bounded my communications with the outer world (if I would tell, he would drop my case, but now I have only a few days left, his representation seems to lead to nowhere, so I decided to write at least this). As I can understand attorneys try to create the connections in the government (corruption) to solve the cases for the right people this is why generally they usually don't want my case and preclude me from speaking.
People of Mihalko did not get the mental break out of torture and even worser now they had a crime on the hands, as the torture is the crime. Now they put up the report that my testimony is inconsistent which is the lie and the second crime.
All those tricks they did as well to Auxilliadora Martines (link), glorified african political fighter, she may be now the independent witness. It is all about the statistics - rank and money of these officers (as it was with ex-DA now immigration judge Isabel Bronzina) is connected to the good (for the government) statistics. The asylum grant rate of the Los Angeles asylum office is somewhat 3 times lower than the same average rates over the country - all because of the work of these wonderful officers.
Secret Services will give you nothing but the statistics. And a document (this, #5).
Meanwhile contest to cause the mental break continued.
Sometimes you are not suitable for their show but they are suitable for your show and it goes on.
1) Z-studio
Imagine now that this is some respectable acting school (in Hollywood), and imagine it's name is Z-studio (I would name it for real but with all those Emmy award nominees around I can't really, not because of the litigations and NDAs, and still can't - funny)

Quite a public school, especially on the entry level.
I dumped my documentation about the government to the internet in July, and in July strange students started to appear in the school with me.
So, Z-studio turned out to be the parallel world with the creatures.
I told my attorney via e-mail (as he asked where are my money from, and what was my employment, and I told I worked in Russia illegally for the furniture distributor (as a designer). Illegally because in Russia I could not get the job, as I could not pass any security check - I am putten in all Russian security electronic systems as a mental patient (with schizophrenia), with the big negative history of relationships with the government, so not a single decent employer considered me, and I even could not get credit card in any bank (and never had one before my arrival to the US), and could not get the driver license, and do legally operations with the property).
And this new student (let me call him Mark, as people from studio would not judge) brought the furniture magazine - we are actors there, nobody before had the furniture magazine and he brought it almost immediately after the communications with attorney. They wanted to show that they know about illegal employment in Russia, which automatically precludes me from immigration to the US.
After publication about that I am sick and in need of medication and that I hate judge Bronzina, the new girl from studio (let say Trisha) put on her the T-shirt "Mayfield psychiatric hospital - since 1878" - they tried to threaten me this way as well.
There was another strange person - he appeared in October, he tried to be associated with me, loved to tell that he 'came in October, after Vasily', asked me what about my immigration - quite a strange person.
And the bitches - some women who showed interest to me, even when I was sick (which was irregular), I believe that secret services started to plant the false tangible witnesses who evidently were around me and supposed to make the false testimonies in the court, which would make chemical castration argument in my case weaker.
At some moment in May, 2009, R.Howard (coach) started to behave strangely, he told that he wants me not to involve him in the KGB business - I did not know what he is talking about.
And more - I started to feel that through the sides, he offered to me, somebody (secret services) started to develop the sense of guilt.
Through the sides I received from him I started to feel like we were married with Halle Berry (From my work Space Spy), and I killed all of our unborn children - those strange scary sides which were offered to me as an actor.
Sides were very specific with in my opinion reason to develop the sense of guilt for something (they did not know themselves, what).
I think all that was done while secret services tried to create the mental break on public which would be the breakthrough of coverage of the crimes of Mihalko team.
Z studio sounds like Z-chicken I did not think about that when I started to write, ha-ha...
2) HOTEL WITH KILLERS
If you live in the shitty place, people around are on drugs, there is nothing special that around a lot is strange, and I remeber nothing but still.
Crappy Kurt Vonnegut types of rooms (Famous writer Kurt Vonnegut lived in the places like that)
This was my second housing option (after I was kicked out by the afroamerican roommate, who as I could understand was upset that I used him and the stories of his life to portray the character of Space Spy - my previous project).
This hotel has the strict policies like you have to move out for bed bugs treatment, cockroach treatment few times a week (I mean you can't stay in the room), so this produces the access of other people to all of your belongings for a few hours (up to a few times a week).
Sound pressure.
I bought a microwaive oven in the local 'Target', a month later it started to make weird noises - very loud, I could not buy new because of low funds so I had to use it, and only around the court date of the 18th of February 2010 half year later it appeared to be broken, and I bought a new one for $49.
I believe that microwaive was remanufactured to make noise by the secret services. A picture of microwaive was delivered to public in October 2008 first time as the advertisement of 'Space Spy' (picture). Secret Services wanted to see if my psycho factor is connected with this old advertisement of microwaive, and do they receive break like that. It did not work out, so they decided to try something else. Later I thought that it was stupid that I throw it away because microwaive may be an evidence, but secret services of course understood that I have no place to store it as an evidence - I mean, come on, this is the room of 4 square meters or something - it hardly has the place for the bed.

And then the fire alarm started to be off the hook almost each day, I even filled in the official concern to the manager, but they could not fix it. I thought that management was engaged in game of the secret services. They did all that, because the fire and fire alarm were the key point of my another project 'Quite Soulless' (picture, link) back in 2008. They believed that may be my coo-coo connected with fire and fire alarm and they would cause mental break like that and finally would legally pull me from witnesses of their crimes to the mental ward. It did not work either and they changed the entire strategy.

I live in the room 117, when the new patron arrived to 217 - the room above me. When it happened he approached my door and asked to open. I opened, he was cross-eyed fat big man, he asked me 'What am I up to?' - russian police also often did something like that. I closed the door. From that moment all the night I heard the terrible sounds from the top - noise, breath, walk, falling objects. The secret services wanted to make me be terrified, cause the mental break and complete their quest. Next they approached my attorney on the 18th of February 2010(link, document # 6 - Official representative of Homeland Security, who told that he represents the Secret Service of Homeland Security). This way he wanted to show that probably my attorney is working against me for the secret services.
Probably the government was afraid that I still can be granted with asylum, still, neveretheless they selected the judge Bronzina for me (with the lowest grant rate of 1.4 percents), now I had the ligitimate attorney, while I was supposed to be without attorney like during the 3 first engagements with the government.
They feel not cosy when it turned out that I have 250 per month for attorney which is present now and they can't anymore easily flush me into the toilet.
Visual pressure.
As well I started to experience camera flashes from the room 116 - which I could see when I was in the bathroom. Two rooms have the bathroom windows. The character of cameraman appears in my first project Quite Soulless (picture, link), my story in general reminds of the show 'Nowhere man', so the secret services tried to see if there is any mental break this way.

LAHD representative (Los Angeles Housing Department). This was a huge bodybuilder with the official documents of LAHD. He asked do I have any complaints, I told him that my faucet is not working (the truth), asked to fix, he left and no maintenance on faucet as of now May-20-2010 was performed (it's like a month after his visit). He seemed to be interested more in my equipment, there is a funny pipeline, nobody probably knows but the specific old VHS equipment and the VHS casette from '99c only store' is used in my production of the internet youtube videos (my channel). Weirdo looked at all that, did not fix the faucet and left. The fact that he was interested in my equipment and not in my faucet and housing problems make me suspicious that this was another secret service (and not the LAHD) government agent.
Kellerman. (The killer from the 'Prison break'). As you know (or will know) in the internet I like to compare people around me with the characters of the 'Prison Break-4'. So I compared the chief warden of mental-11, Russia, Moscow, Kalitnikovskaja, 29 (if you would sit there you will see him coming in and out by my description), who is look-a-like general Krantz from the 'Prison Break' show.
All of sudden the store which was closed on the first floor of our building (probably due to bancruptcy) found the new owner, who is look-a-like Kellerman. You may see him there, the cigarette store. This way secret services wanted to deliver the message that if I would not shut up, they will kill me, and create the addtional pressure, hoping for the legitimately registered mental break.
When the women (who I described before as 'the bitches', they supposed to be the false witnesses who supposed to give away the testimony, which would wash away the chemical castration argument of my defence) appeared - the lobby changed the outfit - before there were pictures from OZ, but when at the same time I publically announced that 'Refugee - the 2nd hearing' is hapenning in New York, they put in the lobby picture 'Love is an answer' and picture with inscription 'New York' and this girl - she had the outfit of 'Target' store, later she had the T-shirt 'Just DO IT'.
Then they planted another crosseyed, eastern accented person to the hotel, who looked like me. This was the message 'We may substitute you at any time, he would speak from your name and will be deported as you'.
They wanted to discredit me at any cost.
3) Chasing - the man from Minneapolis
NEW YORK secret services. They know. Scary.
I was chased in Minneapolis and on Grand Central, New York by this man, who I believe was the secret service operative. (I made a picture of him, out of focus, sorry I decided not to use flash in the airplane to not attract the attention of the personnel).
Another secret service agent,
at the same time another scary bodybuilder unseen and is on my left hand now,
makes it look like he is reading the book, sometimes he looks to my side.
This shows that probably I was the low priority case which they sue by THE SAME MAN in Minneapolis and in Grand Central, New York
In New York airport La Guardia (This episode of 'Refugee : The second hearing' and the screenshot is about that, picture), the plane was full, but place near me on the right was empty (was cleared by the secret services) and on the left I had an army bodybuilder - I believe the secret service employee - to watch me.
They changed the flight risk on the day of my flight to orange, probably because of me. (I had some training as an aviation engineer).
Minivan with me out of La Guardia was stopped by the uniformed HS employee. Woman with no ticket was put on the minivan to watch where I would get off.
Another uniformed HS employee crossed me with Starbucks coffee in La Guardia, I thought he wanted to spill it to cause the mental break on public. His explanations is also not working - he told me that 'he knows the Starbucks employee here' Strange explanation, isn't it?
While I had only a small bag on me I was searched carefully by the travel security TSA, while other passengers with the same amount of luggage were left unattendent.
I was THE ONLY passenger I saw there who was stopped with the luggage to check if I have the ticket which corresponds the luggage.
In LaGuardia I tried to use the electric outlet, it worked a few minutes, but all of sudden it was out of power - somebody from the airport security manually switched it off. Another woman who tried to charge her device with me was also surprized.
4) Some-California-State-University
In the publication with 'TIGsource' and 'Rock-Paper-Shotgun' in November-2009 it was written that I am the regular actor without the WORK PERMIT registered with the LAcasting.
I started to receive the submissions of people who knew my story.
One director and even one Cal-State.
I had the role of the named character, let say John, this was the office scene, and on my desk in the scene on the board near it students wrote 'To-do-list : go home!' They wanted to have fun, they meant 'Go back to the psychward'
But still I am thankful because I am often unemployed and it's great to be a working actor.
5) Somebody has stolen my watch.
I had a watch - authentic CASIO - it might be sold for up to $48, but somebody has stolen it. I am very sad and I had to buy another one ( Target brand - $14 )
6) MAIL THEFT
Russia always stopped my incoming mail for up to 3 months to make sure that I am doing bad as an artist and psycho. Funny that the US officials mass delayed my outgoing mail.
USPS created non-delivery of 'Twin Peaks: Golden edition' of $32 value,
according to this receipt and the E-BAY resolution center, case # 5002351188,
and they charged me for that (because there is nobody else to charge for that).
In other words while secret service tried to accuse me for counterfait of the entertainment production,
I did not commit, I have to pay for the packages they have stolen during their spooky business.
If you are of my level of income, $32 could get you far.
They want to find counterfait trade via e-bay (so they believe that I produce faked show copies which supposed to be used against me to make my deportation to the mental ward faster because of this crime).
I buy, watch and resell shows like 'Lost'. It is being made through e-bay - so I don't know if I bought the legal product or not for sure.
7) FINGERPRINTS
While people of INS director George Mihalko (asylum office) tortured me, one of them has stolen in the very bold and open way my fingerprint document.
Government lawyer on the hearing of the 18th of February, 2010 used as an argument that I can't be granted with asylum in the US the fact that I don't have the fingerprint document.
I want to cite here my e-mail letter to the attorney, which was sent away on the 28th of April 2010:
'Hello!
As it was underlined by the officer Ford at 1:35 pm today (300 N.Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA90012, room 4337), the government has in it's posession the evidence, that my fingerprints have been collected and have not expired, therefore no more opportunity to collect the fingerprints will be provided to me free of charge, unless they expired in timely fashion and as well no written evidence or confirmation of such a collection will be provided to me.
This statement goes across the statement of Lydia Avila made almost the same time yesterday.
I have a feeling that I waste my last days without a reason, while this is very important to me to dedicate my time and resources to make judge Bronzina and other government agents to be rewarded.
As it was explained the document with the red seal has been stolen before by the Anaheim guard (director Mihalko's office).
Additionally I advise to have a look to the case of Auxilliadora Martinez, which as well touches the similar crimes of the american government.

8) Judge Bronzina is being coached
I am an actor - what I do - I listen to another actor, when I try to understand what may be the possible answer - and what are the sides I studied by heart - and I try to figure out my line - usually I am successful - usually theatrical people in Russia call it 'the actor dance'.
For the court I prepared the small scene - judge Bronzina once was asked by another refugee (which as well as me was not granted with the human rights by the US government) - if he could change his name. Immigration judge Isabel Bronzina said, that the refugee may call himself whatever, 'butterfly' - she offered.
So when she supposed to ask me what is my name in the court, I prepared to say 'butterfly' to remind her of this incident.
When she asked what is my name - I looked in her eyes as I always do while I am doing the scene - and I realized that SHE KNOWS what I prepared.
I decided to revert from my scene.
The only way she could know if she illegally reads my privileged email communication with the attorney - I told the attorney that I prepared this scene - and nobody else.
9) Summary
I accuse american government of corruption, torture, document theft, mail theft, illegal medical experiments and seek the prosecution of the Department of Justice and Homeland Security for the corruption via the FBI.
They do it for the money and statistics, it has nothing to do with justice whatsoever.
The next chapter was called 'Doctor Bitch'.
