Asylum guard said that I look scary ( I mentioned before in the media that at the time I had to meet homelessness, and had the typical health condition of the person, who is 'living in the field', with the very large imflammation on the head and the high temperature ), and precluded me from the use of restroom.
I was like thinking - preclude a person from the use of restroom for a long period of time after visiting MacDonalds is a very big physiological pressure, which is done to/with influence of interrogation and meets the definition of TORTURE.
I had a chance to discuss it with the 'Program for torture victims'. They seemed to be not interested to use it against the US government and kicked me away from December 2009 (after 4 months while they tried to make me admit that I am mentally sick).
So people of Mihalko committed torture, and after that did not grant with asylum. They had the reason to hope that I will die soon because of homelessness and the present health condition and that with non granting me of asylum they also preclude me from work permit for 6 months, I found illegal employment instead, but 6 months later they invented the new cause why to preclude me from work permit again, and here the story of judge Bronzina (who helps the directors out) starts.
I discussed it with attorneys, they first threatened to drop the case. But now I am careless, they will trash me in a few days to the russian Ministry of Health, attorneys do not seem to do something except collecting $250 each month.
The first few moments in November 2009 I published DOJ/cross and other pieces of 'Space Spy' I thought my room will be crowded by the government agents, then I realized that nothing of that is happening.
I want to tell to INS directors Christina Poulos and George Mihalko: Oh fuck them, if they want to die they have the right people here.
