with suspicion of terrorizm (I was caught with the camera on the street of Moscow, not
a tourist, mental patient without a proper explanation - in Russia you can't walk that easily
with the camera). And they issued this advisory mandate to the Ministry of the
Internal Affairs officials. He asked: 'What's the name of my next project?'.
I answered : 'Quite Soulless'. 'What?' - I mean Russia is not like English
speaking country, what is it for. You actually see, that he wrote Quite Soulless
right in the russian text of this document. |

In this document, sent away first class mail (see receipt) on Monday, June 14th to the
Chief Trial Counsel, Homeland Security was first time accused of torture, they performed
on 4/16/2009 UNDER THE PENALTY OF FALSE STATEMENT. I am publishing this because at this time USPS
is already known by stealing my outgoing mail, and I believe they gonna still this one, so
it would never reach the Chief Trial Counsel.

Department of Health finally gets me on the charge of 'dirty floor' as a violator
of public environment. I think I deny the charge because, I did not create harm to
the public environment, I professionally did cleaning in army as the line of
duty, I have the best written recommendations of the previous landlord especially
in the field of cleaning, and I did cleaning while I was working as a waiter.
Industrial crack on the floor, filled with clue is not the sign of dirt, and
brown spots in the toilet bowl looks in fact like rusty metal and not like you
think what might be brown in the toilet bowl. You know they appear like all of
sudden in my room, found possibly few more spots of coffee in the sink, as I prepared
and consumed it (the room has no kitchen). What do I say? uNJUSTIFIED.
